Required for anyone without prior CrossFit experience, this program lays the foundation for long-term success. Together, we’ll:

  • Discuss Your Objectives: Share your health and fitness goals, and we’ll craft a tailored, realistic path to success.

  • Build Your Skills: Learn the fundamentals of CrossFit exercises with expert coaching to ensure safe, efficient movements.

  • Set Achievable Goals: Create a comprehensive plan of action that includes fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments.

  • 4 Small Group Sessions: Held on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM.
