Required for anyone without prior CrossFit experience, this program lays the foundation for long-term success. Together, we’ll:

Build Your Skills: Learn the fundamentals of CrossFit exercises with expert coaching to ensure safe, efficient movements.

4 Small Group Sessions: Held on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7:30 PM.
