Just visiting? Drop in for just $25 per session.

  • Drop-ins are available for those with prior CrossFit experience or On-Ramp completion.

MEMBERSHIPS
& REFUND POLICIES

Recurring Billing Cycle: All 4 week-to-4 week memberships run on a 28-day recurring billing cycle. Initial payments occur at the time of registration and recurring charges debit every 4 weeks until a membership cancellation is requested and processed.

Membership Holds: Members only get one hold a year. The hold must be longer than 7 days but shorter than 28 days.

28-Day Cancellation Policy: Our membership pricing is based on 4 week auto-payment. We only require a 28-day written notice to cancel or terminate by email to info@crossfitprovidence.com or regular mail. Cancellation is based upon the billing date and will not be prorated. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation notice of no less than one billing cycle, with the final cycle charged upon cancellation notice.

Refunds: CrossFit Providence will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation requests. Membership cancellations are only processed by sending written notification via email to info@crossfitprovidence.com. Please do not send cancellation messages to our Facebook page or other social media sites. CrossFit Providence does not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next month if you missed a class. No exceptions.
