After your free trial, the On-Ramp Program is the essential next step for anyone new to CrossFit.
This mandatory program ensures you are confident, safe, and fully prepared to join our group classes.

What You’ll Get:

  • 4 Small Group Sessions: Focused on movement, safety, and efficiency.

  • Personalized Coaching: Learn new techniques and build confidence.

  • Goal Setting: Collaborate with your coach to design a fitness and nutrition plan tailored to your lifestyle.

INVESTMENT: $199 for 4 sessions
