Comfort zone…”free of pain and anxiety, state of ease”. It’s where we want to find ourselves…a place so many pursue or simply never leave. But, from that place, are we able to find our true potential?  Does it test our courage, endurance, perseverance?  Can we live within that space and grow?  This is a story of 5 people who pushed themselves beyond their comfort zone and as a result, found a whole new dimension in their lives.

Vera Jordan Bublitz joined us at 7:32pm weighing in the pink corner at 7lbs 11.oz. Mother and daughter are both doing fantastic.

NO BREAD WINNERS!!!

After looking over the results, we are happy to announce the No Bread Winners.

Since the No Bread Challenge started, Brock is an entirely new person, in both looks and performance.  He lost over 10 cm from his body, improved his performance by 900%, and will be putting his new found health and fitness to the test this weekend by participating in his first triathlon!  Great job Brock, Keep up the great work!

Athletic Trainer now available at CFP

CFP would like to introduce Erin Variano as our Athletic Trainer.  She will be working a few nights each week at CFP.

This week she will be available Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 to 8:30

She will be available for a few hours each week to help those of you who have nagging injuries determine a course of action.

NO BREADERS- 1 WEEK TO GO!!!

There is one week left to go in the No Bread Challenge.  Some pretty dramatic results are being seen in those who have stuck with it for the 43 days so far!

Next Sunday is the final day/workout!  Starts at 9AM!
