What do I need to bring? Just workout clothes, a positive attitude and a voided check if you want to sign up! Also, be sure not to eat at least 2 hours before the class and drink plenty of water throughout the day. You will be working out.

We introduces the methods, tools and intensity that are the foundations of CrossFit training. No one needs to get in shape to try CrossFit. No prior experience is required. Many of our members came to us completely out-of-shape and have successfully transformed themselves!
What Should I Expect?
Everyone is always welcome at CFP, we love beginners! Please show up 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. You can come into our office or see our front desk staff. Dressing rooms are available if you wish to use them. Parking is available in our parking lot or on the street. There will probably be a workout in session before you come. The music will be loud and you will probably hear weights dropping. Other CrossFitters and intro class participants will be arriving at the same time.
