To get a taste of our classes you can try a FREE introduction class that is scaled for all levels and offers a great introduction to the methods, tools and a taste of the intensity that are the foundations of CrossFit training. Advance sign-up is required.  You may also skip intro and enroll directly in Foundations Class to get started; see step 2.
