Completion of our CrossFit On-Ramp is required to start CrossFit. On-Ramp training is an education in the movements and exercises we perform with CrossFit. We offer two options of beginners and experienced athletes: Standard On-Ramp (6-classes) and Advanced On-Ramp (2-5 classes)
