Get Fit and Athletic in 90 Days!

Our complete CrossFit Providence training program will get you fit and athletic in 90 days.  How athletic do you want to be? Commit to training with us 3 to 6 times per week for 90 days. You will see results in just 30 days. And after 90, you will impress your friends and family. In addition, our CrossFit Providence community will welcome you along for the journey and invite you to join one of our races, hikes or competitions.

Completion of our CrossFit On-Ramp is required to start CrossFit.  On-Ramp training is an education in the movements and exercises we perform with CrossFit.  We offer two options of beginners and experienced athletes: Standard On-Ramp (6-classes) and Advanced On-Ramp (2-5 classes)
