Introducing the CrossFit Elements Class!
A fun, informative, pressure-free workout.
Perfect for people looking for a slightly less intimidating workout environment and more personalized instruction. CrossFit Elements classes are instructed in small groups with scalable intensity and a less competitive environment than our Main classes. It is fun and functional!
Classes are held:
- Monday @ 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (starting March 19)
- Tuesday @ 6am, 6pm
- Wednesday @ 6am. 5:30pm, 6:30pm (starting March 21)
- Thursday @ 6am, 6pm
- Saturdays @ 830am
