Boot Camp is a less intense version of our CrossFit Class and a great way to prepare for CrossFit if you feel you are not quite “ready”. Classes are held outoors, rain or shine so dress accordingly. All workouts are 1-hour in length using all the CrossFit techniques. Workouts include kettlebells, running, box jumps, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, pull-ups, sandbags and more! Every workout has a scaling option that is right for your fitness level. No prior CrossFit experience is required.

CrossFit Boot Camp is guaranteed to kick your butt and improve your fitness! This is not your typical boot camp. We uphold high standards and require a very serious commitment from our members. Everyone must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work. You will be inspired by your fellow CrossFitters and surprised with what you can achieve in weeks! Our classes have a very high attendance rate because they are fun and highly effective at getting you fit – very quickly! Commit to just 3 classes per week and get in the best shape of your life!
CrossFit Boot Camp classes are designed to give you a total body workout based on the CrossFit training methodology. You can expect running/walking, cardiovascular challenges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races, bodyweight resistance and much more. The workout includes a warm-up, work-out and cool-down.
