Monday through Friday: 545am, 645am, 900am, 1215 (45 min), 330pm, 430pm, 530pm, 630pm, 730pm (except Friday)
Saturday: 830am, 930am, 330pm
Sunday: 900am, 330pm
CrossFit Elements (Beginners) Classes:
Monday through Wednesday: 600am and 600pm
Thursday: 615pm *please note this class starts 15 minutes later than normal*
Saturday: 830am
Free Intro Classes:
Tuesday: 700pm by appointment only - email Kiwi Josh
Saturday: 930am by appointment only- email Kiwi Josh

Ages 6-9: Monday & Wednesday @ 430pm
Ages 10-14: Tuesday & Thursday @ 430pm
