CrossFit Elements Classes: Beginners
Monday/Wednesday: 600am, 530pm, 630pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 600am and 600pm

Olympic Lifting Class:
Thursday: 500pm
Saturday: 430pm
CrossFit Kids Classes: All Ages
Wednesday: 430pm
Saturday: 900am
On-Ramp Classes: Required for all beginners

Weekday On-Ramp: Starts every 2 weeks on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 730pm to 830pm.
Weekened On-Ramp: Starts every 2 weeks on Saturday and Sunday from 1030am to 1200pm.
