Monday thru Friday: 5:45 am, 6:45 am, 9:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm

Saturday:  8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am is Olympic lifting class and open gym

Sunday:  9:00 am

Tuesday @ Brown Street Park: 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm

Thursday @ Brown Street Park: 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm

Friday @ Brown Street Park: 6:30 am
