Friday night Dodgeball – April 6!
The friendly massage team from USMT are going to the Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, CO this year, so we’re having a fundraiser to help them get there. The Warrior Games serve as an introduction to Paralympic sports for injured service members by inspiring recovery, physical fitness, and promoting new opportunities for growth and achievement.
On Friday April 6 at 5:30pm we’re going to play some dodgeball at the gym. Costs just $10 to play with proceeds going to the USMT Warrior Games Fund! Drinks will be afterwards to reward ourselves for what is sure to be an intense game!

Farewell to Cade Kittrell
The ominous figure with the big personality you’ve seen floating around the gym (probably with his shirt off) is leaving for the West Coast. Yes, you heard right, Cade Kittrell is leaving us.
This coming weekend, 3/24-25, will be his last with CFP so we’re throwing a farewell BBQ and beers for Cade at CFP. After the Open WOD on Saturday 3/24 has finished, at roughly about 12:30pm, we’ll get the BBQ out and crack a few cold ones. CFP will provide burgers and ‘gansetts but if you’d like to eat and drink something else, the grill and fridge are available for your use.
WBNA Spring Clean Up & Tree Planting 2012
On Saturday April 28 from 8:30am – 2:30pm, the WBNA (West Broadway Neighborhood Association) are hosting the annual Spring clean up and tree planting of the West Broadway neighborhood.
Seeing as CFP is located in the area, we’re hoping to get a team (or several teams) of people together to get down and dirty to help with this community project.
No tools or experience needed, just able and willing bodies.
If you’re available from 8:30am-2:30pm, or even for a few hours in between, please let the WBNA know via their Facebook page as well as emailing Mike so he can coordinate the CFP team members on the day.

Class will be held in the back box at CFP.

Poll: Morning Class
Some of you early bird WOD’ers have expressed interest in holding additional classes in the morning. If there was another class at a different time, would you be more inclined to come to class? Does the current schedule work for you? If not, what time(s) would be more preferable?
Click here to take a very quick poll on morning classes.
