Boot Camp is a less intense version of our CrossFit Class and a great intro as well. Classes held every weekday indoors and outdoors (until 10/15) in Providence.

CrossFit Bootcamp is a 45-minute, intensive cardio, kettlebell and resistance training workout guaranteed to kick your butt and improve your fitness.  This is not your typical boot camp.  We uphold high standards and require a very serious commitment from our members.  Everyone must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work.  CrossFit is a fitness institution that uses only the most effective training techniques.  You will be surprised with what you can achieve in weeks and excited to come back!

Commit to just 3 classes per week and get in the best shape of your life! CrossFit Bootcamp is suitable for those who feel they are not “ready” for the CrossFit Main Class or are looking for more of an introduction to CrossFit.  This is a scaled-down version of our main class without the Olympic lifting movements and heavy weights.  No prior CrossFit experience is required.

CrossFit Bootcamp classes are designed to give you a total body workout based on the CrossFit training methodology. You can expect running/walking, cardiovascular challenges, partner exercises, athletic drills, creative resistance training, relay races, bodyweight resistance and much more.   The workout includes a warm-up, work-out and cool-down.   The Boot Camp does not require completion of the Foundations Classes you will see on our website.   Those who wish to transfer into our CrossFit Main Class may do so for free after completion of two months of CrossFit Boot Camp.
