WODs Canceled This Weekend!
Due to the Garage Games ‘Eye of the Storm’ Competition at CFP this weekend, all weekend classes will be canceled. In order to set up for the competition, the 5:30pm Elements class as well as the 5:30pm and 6:30pm Main classes will also be canceled on Friday night (9/28).
Treat this as your chance to stretch out your tired muscles and a fantastic opportunity to come down to CFP and support the athletes from all over the Northeast, enjoy some delicious BBQ & cider and meet some fellow CrossFitters.
It’s free to watch and friends and family are most welcome! Hope to see you this weekend!
Normal schedule resumes Monday!
