Photo: The CFP Race Team placed 31st out of 520 teams (top 6%) at the Spartan Race on August 11th! The 17-member team was lead by Coach James Needham. The following top 4 racers from CFP had their times counted towards the ranking: Kiwi Josh Bublitz (57:46), John Beauregard (58:57), Seth Rabun (1:04:51), and Scott Twardowski (1:07:13). Treating Cancer With Diet – by Coach Judah Boulet
So, a primal diet is optimal for treating cancer, since it can be a ketogenic diet. One would want to focus on quality of foods, not quantity, make sure they eat more Omega 3 fatty acids, and less Omega 6, avoid gluten and grain lectins entirely to avoid inflammation, as well as a glucose source, and eat lots of coconut oil (high in Medium chain triglycerides which are immune system boosting).

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
