I am once again stuck in a cycle of lots of work and very little working out. Sorry to miss this one. The bear complex is one of my least favorite CF wods and to add 2 other movements is just torture. It’s all made better by having a partner/team though. Hope to get to CFP on Mon.
8:30 class was madness!!! But everyone did a great job. Motivated me to take part of the 9:30 craziness. I had two great partners that pushed me the whole way (Dave + Joanne). We came in at 25:17 RX. Great way to start a Saturday morning.
Bear was a bear. the whole WOD was a bear. RX the complex. ( I tried to get my team mates to go lower but the pressured me into going RX) It was tough but I am glad I listened to the youngsters. Personally I think they were just trying to break the old man. it didn’t happen.
