1a. Romanian Dead lifts
1b. Clean High Pulls

WOD: “1/2 Michael” – 3 Rounds for time:
400M run
25 Back Extensions
25 situps
Finisher: 100M 2-Hand Overhead Carry

    Nice WOD finished it in 0:12:20. Def like the “Strength” training prior to the WOD. It gives me perspective on my maximum weight limitations. As always great job Missy your the best.

    Did today’s WOD in about 13 minutes. Also, really been digging these Eastern European workouts lately! Excited for the Czechoslovakian Face Pound Lunge Squat in Monday’s WOD.

    Finished in 12:31. Needed a bit of a push during the strength portion. Thanks heels. I don’t think I’m quite ready for Ziggy’s Monday WOD / fetish convention but it’s all for the greater good right?

    great WOD today…finished in 12:18. Did 105lbs Romanian deadlift…woot woot…but even better I am loving the one handed handstand I banged out after the wod.
