    Whew, this one looks like a real lung burner! Gonna hit it with Fiji mon this afternoon….

    Focus on great movement with the pistols, full range of motion, using whatever level of scaling you are at, and turn those hips over on the toes to bar…

    For the double unders, remember: be quick and light on the balls of your feet, quiet shoulders, fast wrists.

    6 full rounds of the 10 min AMRAP! My toes to bar are really coming along. Still using a counter weight on my pistols. Somehow I don’t see it as scaling though…

    Little advice from Jason Khalipa for toes to bar – Keep your grip on the bar wide. It allows for a shorter swing to the bar. Shorter swing = less energy. Or something like that. He’s not bearded so I don’t always trust him.

    I did this one in my garage this morning mainly because I can’t seem to get out the door in the am to get to the box on time. I substituted ab mat sit ups for toes to bar because we don’t have a straight pull up bar at the house. I managed 10 rounds on the amrap. I didnt really keep time with the rows and double unders, mainly because I hate rowing. I must say that I am still struggling with any type of jumping movements four weeks after having baby Nolan……please tell me it will get better?? Rest day tomorrow!

    First time since knee surgery I fully rx’d pistols in a WOD.

    6+8 on the T2B / pistols

    16:58 rx on the row/DU
