Snatch action was disappointing, 80# 1rm, wod at rx 55#, but so very winded 2 rds + 400m+5 PS. At least did it with 55, usually always scale allot on weight. Nonetheless, wooha! Have a great day everyone.

Endurance: Tabata row @ 1:39 split

WOD: 165lbs and failed three times at 175

155# for Power Snatch (failed 165 a couple of times but not by much)

4 rounds plus around 200m for WOD Rx

Side note – I’ve been following this sight for about two years and really appreciate the meals of the day post on the side bar – I’m on day 7 of whole 30 – I’ve lost about two pounds but gained a really good understanding of how this program (paleo/whole 30/zone) might not even feel like a real “diet” per say – highly recommend trying the whole 30
