Low Bar Back Squats
5 sets 5 @ 80%
after each set, 20M shuttle sprint- 10M there and back as fast as possible- rest 3 min

12 min AMRAP
30 Double Unders
20 Shoulder Touches (Aka Wall Runs) (or 10 foot HS Walk)
10 Dead Hang Pull ups

    245# for LBBS and 4 rounds + 30 DU + 20 WR + 8 Pull ups OR 5 rounds minus two pull ups on the WOD – either way I was just two pull-ups away from cinco (spanish for five)- great noon group

    Endurance WOD – 6 x 500m row w/ 2min rest intervals. Holding splits within 2-3seconds each interval. Avg 1:48

    WOD: dropped down to 60% on squats due to gimpy knee
    7 rounds + 30 double unders. I sucked on the DU’s. Should have gotten 8 full rounds.
