Congratulations Bob Tessier!
One year ago, Bob Tessier came into the gym, he was in rough shape, not gonna lie. It is now his one year anniversary. All I can say is F*%$ YEAH!!! The transformation he has made in the past year is incredible. He is inspiring to everyone at CrossFit Providence, who have the privilege to work out with him, day in and day out. He has found the inner athlete in himself. We have seen Bob in the past year win a competition, run his first 5K wicked fast, complete the 10 mile Blessing of the Fleet, and set PR’s weekly. The work ethic he has shown in the past year is truly testament to the switch that went off in his head telling him he needed to get healthy. It is an honor having coached him throughout this transformation, and I am excited to watch him continue to grow as an athlete at CFP in the coming years!
