If you completed all 20 reps last week, increase weight by 5 lbs.  If you did not, stay at same weight as last week.

    great turn-out for 545. did 65# x 20 for front squat which was challenging. I was not feeling the love on the WOD. I felt off on all my pulls for both rounds. for some reason I felt rushed. I was off. maybe i was trying too hard and had too much weight. oh well I guess i will have to come back tomorrow.

    70# x 10 and then 70# x 13 on the front squats.

    2 rounds plus 15 snatches plus 55M row for 1st part of the WOD with 45#.

    2 rounds plus 15 power cleans with 65# for the second part.

    I also felt really off today; pulling to early, not feeling very strong, etc… Hoping to chalk it up to a bad day.
