4 Rounds
1a.) Bench Press 6-6-6 @70% of 1RM
Rest 60 sec
1b.) Barbell Row 6-6-6
Rest 60 sec
Run 800 M
3 Rounds:
20 KB Swings (24/16kg)
20 Burpees
Then Run 800 M
Powerlifting Competitors: 2×15 DB Stiff Legged Deadlift

Wow, first time back in a couple of weeks – 20:55 – the sun was up and spinning @ 9:00 am!
17:09 rx – not sure if watch Bob & Ben smoke this (and me) was motivating or demotivating but it was fun to watch!
Good WOD really got the heart pumping.
The Good Lord help me to get 13:49, this WOD was amazing, and Motivating, I Hated it but I loved it all at the same time!!!!
this WOD made me realize (sadly) how much I have been slacking on running…sooo slow. and, for the first time in my life i found myself in the “i hate burpees” camp. 17:00 on the nose.
