    Love the photo. Missing Cade this evening:( Fun wod this am – James R’s “crotchel” stretch set the tone. 17:35 rx. Not great DU’s but not truly awful either.

    Scaled DU’s 3:1 and finished in 23:47. There was a point, not long ago, where 30 burpees were out of the question.
