This Sunday, February 26th, Team Santos will be hosting a Mixed Martial Arts Clinic, if you’re interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jistu and Mixed Martial Arts this clinic provides a good intro to both by giving you some mat time and teaching you some skills. Visit the Event Page for more info!

5:45 saw some awesome metcon madness. 5 1/3 rounds on the WOD w/ wall climbs lite. 3 rounds of 14 KB swings (24 kg) and 10 dead hang pullups (blue-band). A big welcome to Matt and Kate!

I made it through 2 2/3 rounds.
Wall climbs are hard. 5:45 is early.
In our last on-ramp, James referred to my limited mobility as “de-conditioned.” A gentle way of saying I’ve got my work cut out for me!
First time I ran in a while…foot has felt worse, but it has certainly felt better as well. Finished 4 rounds plus wall climbs, the run, and five box jumps. Felt terrible every step of the way!
