CrossFit WOD
5 Rounds:
2 min rest in between rounds, try to increase weight each round
Shankle Complex
3 Hang Clean Pulls
1 Hang Squat Clean
2 Jerks (split or push)
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Sit-ups
In between each round, 1 Heavy Clean and Jerk
Sub 1:1 DU attempts; or 2:1 Singles for doubles

Great WOD today…awesome to see how far I’ve come with my cleans & double unders in just a couple months.
110# on the Shankle, 7:59rx w/ 115#, and afterwards, a new C&J PR of 125#!
Shankled 105#. Did the WOD with 95# & DU’s, and did extra reps of both because I don’t follow direction or count well. 11:42
