I sense a theme in our WODs this week…
13 something with 95 pound push press and 500 m rows. Nice work Jon, both for your kickass backflip and crushing this wod!

this WOD was a totally different approach with snatches, especially going heavy. Instead of sprinting through runs and presses, I ended up putting a lot of mental energy into each snatch, finishing at 26:11. A little disappointed I’m shy of doing 85# but I think 75 snatches at 75# worked out well and I was able to focus (and rely) a little more on technique.
