Gym thanks for pushing me to the 24k bell ! It was a great workout today at 12:15
it was great woding with everyone!
Lso glad I went with the 24kg. That and dead hangs really took it out of me. Stuck at 7 consecutive, but confident ill blast through it in the next couple weeks.
The WOD was another story altogether…
