Did 70# for the press but probably could have done 75#
I felt ambitious and used a 30# dumbbell – so somewhere between the 12kg and the 16kg kettlebell. Paid for it timewise…12:55 since the pullups were extremely tough after the OHS but well worth the burn.

155 on the press and 11:16 for the wod with 20 kg.
Worked with Al and Jackie on the presses. 115# on the press on the first 7. Al and I thought that was too light and we went 135# on the last 3. I know, we’re dirty and sly. Hahahaha. 19:08 for the WOD with 16kg. Took me a while, but I RXd all the pull ups. Not gonna lie, real f*cking happy about that!
PR for me on the push press. 80 pounds. Looked back in my workout log, 6 weeks ago I could barely press 70. Stoked about that.
Scaled the workout to body rows and front squats (the 1 handed OHS pinch my low back and I’m not risking injuring the one spine I’ll ever have, haha). Went with the 20 pound dumbbell, but I probably could have handled 25, maybe 30.
