    Was psyched to get the 85# hang clean today. Finished in 15:08 L1.

    Nice job Kristen! Also, great job to the entire 9 AM class, which I had the pleasure of coaching for the first time. Big ups to Brent for getting to the top of that rope. Did the wod afterward, 8:16 RX.

    Hey Coach Adam I am Julie! 12:08 RX. Horrible strategy on my part.. tried to stay steady with the burpee box jumps… too steady… should have picked up the pace on 20 and 10.

    11:43…95#, regular burpees. Had to be at my PT job at 5, so had to do as quickly as possible. Otherwise, would have used 16″ box. Nice job 3:30!!
