25:00 flat rx’d. Back extensions were a killer going into the run. Legs are still rubber from sunday’s lungefest.
22:06 Rx. In the run and sit ups you can pretty much keep moving but the GHD get so hard during round 2 and 3. Great 430 class. Thank you Meg for the great cheering/coaching.
20:06, a PR for me. Goal was sub 20 minutes. Losing count on the last set of back extensions, added reps and seconds….precious seconds.
