A day late and a dollar short…
Fran kicks my ass every time. 9:38 with 12 reps at 45# (9 in the first round, 3 in the second) and the remainder at 65#. However this was my first under 10 min Fran rx’d or scaled.
7:44 RX pr by 6 seconds
Everytime I have a rest day, a workout i really wanted to do comes up!

Thanks to Gino, Julie and the rest of the 5:30 crew for screaming at me to keep going. Some other great times today; Tom G went up 10lbs in weight on his thrusters and cut his time by 3 minutes!
First time for me…8:33 with 35# and bandzzz for the pull ups.

5:57 Rx. Not my best time but better than my last. Today was my 4th day in a row and tomorrows wod look awesome but I think I will rest because I heard Saturday is even better.
Thanks Amanda! But lately it just isn’t there. Starting to get down. We’ll see if things change when the other half gets home tomorrow.
I have been wanting to PR some of the last workouts and instead lately they are crushing me. Did this RX’d but nearly two minutes slower than when I did it RX’d in April. What the $@#&*
Back in action after some major “343″ back tweakage. Scaled down to 65lb to go easy on the spine but honestly was limited more by endurance. I banged out 12 deadhangs after the first 21 thrusters, but after that I was struggling to do 5 at a time..then 3! 8:33. ah well..looks like I made todays WOD photo.. Congrats Josh! I think i saw a stream of light fly by me on the pullup bar.
