5 min Skill: Ring Dips
800m run test
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
250 M row
20 Wall Ball
Followed by 8 minute AMRAP:
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Overhead Squats (95/65#)
15 Box jumps (24/20″)
20 Sit-ups
Scaling:
L1| Use bands, 65/45#, 20/16″
L2|Use bands, 45/35#, 16″/Step ups

3:09 800m, 3.5 rounds, 2 rounds and then my stupid Helen at 12:14. Kristen’s stupid Helen is 400m, 21,21, 400m, 15,15 and then I realized I was doing it wrong and did 400m 21, 12. Breakfast went well….
3:06 800m, 5 rounds 250m row/20 WB, 1.5 rounds

3:14 800m – exact same time as on 8/31
4 rounds
2 rounds + 4 HSPU, scaled with bands on HSPU
Had a really off day today. 2:40 on the run, 1 second slower than the last time. 3 rounds of the Row/Wallball and struggled through 1rd 4 hspu and 8 OHS at 65 lbs
2:25 on the run. 5 rounds followed by 3 rounds.
2:35 (beat my last time by two seconds AND felt less hurt by it), then 4 rounds then almost 2 (got to 4 situps), scaled with two blue bands and 65#. Damn Marines run FAST.
3:00, 3+250 row & 10 wall balls then 2 complete rnds All Rx
2:58 run and left in dust by Cash and Tony. 4 rounds, then 1 1/2 rounds. I didn’t appreciate how hard the 95 lb. overhead squats – which is usually a weight I can do – were after wall balls.
2:51 on the run, 2 seconds faster than in August. 4 full rds rx’d on wod 1, followed by 2 full rds with green bands on the HSPUs, rx’d the rest.
2:27 on the run 4 seconds slower than last time. WOD 1: 3 full rounds and the row. WOD2 : 2 full rounds, plus HSPU(1abmat) and 1 OH S
Not exactly sure how long my 800 took but after the 3rd search party came out looking for me I picked it up and limped in. I got 4 full rounds and the 250m. row and 8 wall balls and then 2 full rounds and the 4 HSPU, 8 OHS and 1 BJ.
And just looking at the posts it occured to me that Dan P. posted that he got 5 rounds and 250m row and 20 Wall Balls. Isnt that 6 rounds?
