21 KBS  (24kg)
12 Pull-ups

Scaling:
L1| 20/16kg, bands, jumping or boxes as needed
L2| 16/12kg, bands, jumping or boxes as needed

    Anyone know when we last did Helen? I remember it was in the spring, but nothing more specific. Can we get back in the habit of posting a link to the last time we did a benchmark wod?

    Ben, it was May 13. I got 12:17 for that one but rowed arms only instead of running cos’ I’d just jacked up my knee.

    Any word on the total amount of donations raised by CFP on Saturday?

    11:21 today, a PR by all of one second from last May. 215 on the front squats which was a PR. Flexibility is still an issue, but they felt better today than they have recently.

    10:52 rxd on the WOD and 185 on the front squat…although I had one working rep left before time ran out and I think I could have gone heavier. Nice to work out with Jackie and the 4:30 crew!!!

    245 on the front squat. My back has been beat up so I wasnt going to push it any further. Did the wod in 10:53. 5 seconds slower than the last time.
