5 min:  Double Unders

Snatch 1-1-1-1-1

For time:
30 Burpee Pull-ups
30 Burpee Broad-Jumps
800m Run

Break up and complete all movements in any order.

Scaling Option:
L1 |
Burpee Box Jump Pull-ups
L2 | 20 reps at L1

    105# on Snatch, failed at 115#.

    11:50 with a 4 min. 800m run which is full minute worse than last week. It is weird that I usually can’t do more than 10 burpees or 10 pullups without a rest but was able to do all 30 burpee pullups straight through.

    Quaint (Joe, Kate and myself) 4:30 class. Feeling quite under the weather today, but went. 110# on the snatch…17:21…1st 10 pullups RX and then jumps, rowed 800m.
