18:35. 135#, supermans and 1:1 singles (a few DUs thrown in). Good size class for a Sunday of a holiday w/e!
14:54: 135 BS, supermans (supermen?), and rx double unders. This one was a lot of fun!
Did this at home after working overnight shift. 26:28: 135 BS, back extensions, 1:1 DU/SU (80/60/40/20 each). I probably should have used 115 for BS to get a better time but it felt great grinding out 50 at 135 lb. The last 2 sets of DU’s took me forever. Gonna feel this one at work tonight.
