    Made up my Total today, and I’m pleased. Squat 215 (from 200), press 125 (from 120), deadlift 325 (from 300), so I added 45 for a total of 665. Props to the coaches (maybe other people too, I didn’t notice) doing the overhead walk Rx’ed today. Props also for like 22 people showing up for the 9:00 (up from about 5 or 6 at the 8:00)! Love this place.

    First day back since my fall from the pullup bar on Tuesday. Made it to the last round and just could not get the double unders to go (did 135 for the overhead walk). I have to acknowledge the impressive DUs by Lucy as she flew by me during them.

    Managed only four rounds of this today. My knees to elbows are incredibly slow, and my double unders were hit or miss. I agree with Adam in regard to Lucy (and Meg too) with the double unders. I like to think of them as metronomes.

    For those of you who can not follow some of Ben’s vocabulary (me) A metronome is any device that produces regular, metrical ticks (beats). These ticks represent a fixed, regular aural pulse; some metronomes also include synchronized visual motion (e.g. pendulum-swing).

    I tackled this one with Cade at 10. He did the 185 lb Overhead walk. Due to my back I did 20 yards of over the head 40# sandbag tosses. Let’s just say the knees 2 elbows were the time limiting factor in this wod.

    I missed this WOD this morning…would anyone feel up to meeting me at the gym tonight at 11:00 pm or early tomorrow morning at 5:45 to make it up.

    25:34 Almost Rx. Had to scale the overhead weight to 155#. Did all the DUs and Knees to Elbows though.
