    105 x 5 and 407 reps, and about ten pounds lost through sweat.

    361 with 20kg KB. I really wanted 360 after 2 rounds and had to get 91 in last round. This is one of my favorite WODs ever. Next time I want to break 400.

    100 x 5, 105 x 5 and 115 x 5…OHS coming along nicely. 266 reps (originally had 246, but recounted). 24kg, 20″, 65# SDHP. Should have scaled some more.

    I F-ed up and used 95 lbs on the SDLHPs and finished with 357. I had 443 last time and really wanted to beat it. I couldnt for the life of me figure why my rounds were coming up short every time. Moron.

    Yes I understand that but having to work weekends its nice to see what Im missing and maybe plan my workut.
