265, 155, 405 = 825 total. This ties the PR I set before I left for China. I had been getting my butt kicked on the strength stuff for the last month or so, so even if my dl form was not the best, I was very happy with the total!
Forgot my total already, nothing impressive as this weather is wreaking havoc on my knees. Thanks to Gino for the coaching. I feel better about my failed dead lift, form-wise, than I do about the one I made.
This was my first official cross fit total. 195, 125, 300 = 620. Pretty disappointed with Squat and Press. 2 wks ago was doing sets of 3 of 185 and 120 so I don’t know what happened today. But the deadlift was a PR. I felt very strong on DL and would have went higher but I started to sag my shoulders so I played it safe.
I wonder if I should repeat my Squat and Press another day because my work sets on future strength training will feel too light.
245, 145 and 295 = 685. A 15# PR on the squat, but 10# less on both the press and DLs. Normally I would be a little bummed, but I set PRs on the push press and front squats this week, so I was pretty happy with those. See everyone this evening.
265/120/355 = 740. Same as last time we did this. I missed a lot of the strength days this time around though.
Suprisingly I made a gain. I got 885# . 325 on squats. 175 on presses and 385 on deads. Better than I expected.
Still making gains! 855# Which is up 15 from last time we did CFT. 325PR-145PR-385 Up 10 on squats and up 5 on press, same as last time on deadlift.
