Dynamic Warm-up
2-min Mobility:  Double Lax Ball Shoulder
5-min Skill:   Turkish Get-ups

50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double Unders
Squats
Push-ups
Sit-ups

Scaling Options:
L1 | Start on 40
L2 | Start on 30

    24:28 scaled : Alternated DU’s and SU’s so for first round did 40 DU’s and 40 SU’s and so that with 4:1 scale for SU’s still came out to 50, then 32 DU/SU, 24 DU/SU, 16 DU/SU then 8DU/SU. It is more reps but faster rhythm then stopping each time to get next DU.
