165×15… scaled the deadlifts to 155 and managed a dl score of 3, not really sure what happened … SU’s 10 and runs 6
FYI we used a distance of 25 feet counting each touch of the line
165×10 on last set of DLs…6-7-5 on Tabata with 165# DL.
240 X 10 on the DLs. 10-15-7 on the WoD.
165 x 25; 6-9-6 Rx. Man, I’m a slow sitter-upper.
Cash, what’s your email? I meant to ask you, did you ever resolve how you weren’t feeling as strong/energetic a few weeks back? Did you start eating more, or was it just a rest/overtraining matter?
