The manmakers yesterday just blew me away. I rx’d the first 6 of the first round then dropped to 20#. Finished in 21 mins. Thank you Damian and Judah.
I am not looking forward to the “Body Blasters”. They sound very Richard Simmons to me, but I know they will put a hurting on especially after my favorite — thrusters.

Make sure you scale. If you cannot finish the workout in 30 minutes you did not scale enough.
No one RX’d this today, everyone scaled, and probably not enough.

I scaled this WOD alot! I’m always really limited by thrusters and figured if Gino did 95# and RX was 115# I’d do 65#…worked out well too. Got it done in 33:19 and it was awful. More importantly, I got my first muscle up today! Loving the skill progression stuff…

I am going to watch Bryan Mc do this WOD soon. And when I do I will be watching “Rx”! With my feet up and a tall glass of lemonade in hand.
