Weighted Pull ups 3-3-3
21-15-9 reps of for time of:
Manmakers (45/25-lbs)
Walking lunge: reps for each leg, so 42-30-18 total reps
Calorie Row: sub 2 sumo deadlift high pulls for each rep if rowers are occupied (45-lbs/20kg)

I need some clarification on the manmaker. It begins with a push-up, dumbbell row and ends with a clean to press overhead, correct? I ask b/c I seem to remember some inconsistencies in previous wods.
Hey Kristen, that’s how I did them this AM after searching a few sites and watching a few videos for crossreference. I’ve done them before where you end with a r/l leg lunge as well.
I knew this one would suck and it completely did. I started with Rx for the MM’s, but had to drop to 35# after the first 7 reps of the first round. After that I ate that elephant in bites of three….my stupid phone didn’t keep time, so I’m not quite sure how long it took, but it was somewhere between 25-30 min! Definitely a good WOD to ring in the weekend. Prost!
