		<description>Great job Meg!  You had 21 squats done in the time it took me just to pick up the bar.  You were really in high gear tonight!!!!  All that vitamin D 

Rx&#039;d this Wod in 22:35.  I am just getting where I can RX most of the workouts so my times aren&#039;t the greatest but I know that will come in time as well.  One thing at a time.  

Great job Judah!  What a great smile you had!!!!</description>
