19:35 RX w/ 30″ box jumps
Still can’t do HSPUs worth a got-dang (curse these T-Rex arms!) but muscle-ups are looking less impossible – stoked that they’re this week’s skill work!

Happy that i made it to the box tonight – managed a few HSPU, assisted pistols, and five solid deadhang pull ups – however, after that everything went down hill really quick! I don’t really know why but I fought for every rep. Well there is always next time…
Big 5:30 class tonight nice to see so many familiar faces and a few new ones too!! Rxd this one in 16:00 with Judah screaming at me to hurry up so I could beat Cash’s and Adam’s times…..sorry boys!!! HEHEHEHE! Wondering if Judah will want me to take the night off of work to celebrate his first Muscle Up!!!

Rx’d this Wod in 22:35. I am just getting where I can RX most of the workouts so my times aren’t the greatest but I know that will come in time as well. One thing at a time.

Was glad I could do this Rx, got 20:00 even and successfully muscled up after the WOD. Hoping to work on form and string a couple muscle ups together by the end of the week.
