2-min Mobility:  Double Lax Ball

5-min daily skill work this week:  Pull-ups

Progression:
Pull ups
Kipping Pull ups
Chest to Bar
Butterfly Pull ups
Butterfly Chest to bar

Gymnastics B

5 rounds for time:
40 Double Unders,
30 Box Jumps,
20 Swings (24/16-kg or 55/35-lbs)

Scaling Option:
L1 | 4:1 double: single, 20/12-kg or 45/25-lbs
L2 | 3:1 double:single, 16/8-kg or 35-15-lbs

    anyone up for a drink or two at the Box post the 5:30 WOD? BYOB. Nothing beats the first post of the day being about beer! Enjoy the WOD today everyone. :)

    27:06 RX today… I hit the wall hard on the 5th round which I think took me about 8 minutes to complete, congrats to Jim, Julie and I think even Meg was in on the WOD within the WOD of making sure the kids stayed away from the workout area haha

    Finished in 28:30. The first round seemed to gas me and then I settled down. During the 3rd round I did have to tend to my kids. ( I hope they didn’t keep anyone from focusing on their WOD) I am starting to string those double unders together, which is such an accomplisment for me.

    5:45 am -I like this one! 26:01 – :( no dbl unders (160 singles) everything else RX.

    This was such a great WOD to humble me. I felt so feeble. The double unders made me want to quit. Finished at about 31:30 or so RX. I had been feeling so bulletproof lately and this definetly knocked me down to size.
