Any way you slice it, it was an Awesome WOD!! It took everything I had to finish it before the cut off time. It was a little crazy with so many people but a lot of fun. It’s true, misery does love company! Great work everyone!
25:20 RX Weight 95# …Descending order 10 -1 which is easier mentally and physically than 1-10 but I figured it would stagger the timing so there would be room on the pull-up bar.
Yeah that was nasty. I finished in 25:43 RX
Boo I didn’t finish. I had completed 2 clean and jerks into my 9th round when the buzzer went off. I ended up finishing the 9th round completely and then decided that breakfast with the girls was more appetizing than the tenth ground. Great energy and large quantities of sweat in the box this am. I think I am going to go sleep good today!! Happy Bday Jack!!!
L1: 75#/green band/knee push ups
7 rounds + 4 c&j in 30min
I did my best clean and jerks in the last round I think, was finally getting the hang of really getting under the bar. I think my previous C&J 3RM was 75#, so I knew this weight would be a good challenge. Great workout.
I’m a day late in commenting but wanted to post that that was the most fun I’ve had doing a Crossfit WOD. the energy created by so many committed athletes was awesome. It looked chaotic but was really quite well organized.
Great coaching by Josh.
As far as my performance – 9 rounds completed w/95#, RX on the Cindy exercises.
nothing left at the end – grateful for a time limit.
Can’t wait for more.
