50 Pull-ups
400 meter run
95 pound Thruster, 21 rep
800 meter run
95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
400 meter run
50 Pull-ups

Scaling Options:
L1 | use bands, 65-lb thruster, run!
L2 | jumping pull-ups, 35-lb thruster, 400 meter runs

    Awesome work this morning Gentlemen! Big Ups on Dan sticking to those Pull-Ups and Damian for really holding those Thrusters strong & with intergrity!
    All and all a great way to spend a Sunday morning!

    James and I stopped in for a late Sunday afternoon WOD. First we did our dead lifts, He did great I wasnt feeling it. I did around 335 X 5. I finished “Daniel” in 24:12 with James just 3 seconds behind.
