Awesome work this morning Gentlemen! Big Ups on Dan sticking to those Pull-Ups and Damian for really holding those Thrusters strong & with intergrity!
All and all a great way to spend a Sunday morning!
James and I stopped in for a late Sunday afternoon WOD. First we did our dead lifts, He did great I wasnt feeling it. I did around 335 X 5. I finished “Daniel” in 24:12 with James just 3 seconds behind.
I think the best game of all times is Lips: Number One Hits ,what is your favorite game?. I have a XBOX 360
