Dynamic Warm-Up
Deadlift: 3 sets of 5 reps.Add 10 lbs to weight used last week. Use the same weight for each of 3 sets. 5th rep should not be easy.

8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest of:
Tabata Sit-up
Tabata Frog Jump
Tabata Burpee
