Workout of the Day (WOD): Thr 01-Jul-2010

Gymnastics A

As many rounds as possible in 20 Min:
15 Push-ups
15 Knees-2-Elbows (K2E)
15 Swings KB (24/16kg) or DB(50/35-lbs)
15 Box Jumps

Scaling Options:
L1 | Knee tucks, 20/12kg or 40/25-lbs
L2 | Sit-ups, 16/8kg or 30-15-lbs

3 sets of 5 reps.   Add 5 lbs to weight used last week.  Use the same weight for each of 3 sets.  5th rep should not be easy.

The 1-mile run test is canceled because of the EPA’s Air Quality Alert Day – our atmosphere is too polluted to run.

We substituted a short met con in lieu of the mile run:

Partner Workout Fundraiser for Kelly Carse

26-June | 9am to 11am
Help send Kelly to the CrossFit games in California!  Enter with a partner and compete!  Partners should be male/male or female/female to be eligible for prizes.  A $25 donation is requested per team.  There will be one workout with rolling heats from 9am to 11am.  This event is open to all CrossFitters!
